Welcome to Partners for Our Children’s new website!
Over the past few months – and with input from key collaborators – we have worked hard to develop a website that provides easier-to-access resources to inform decision-making and to enable the community to tell a more comprehensive story about child welfare. This new site will also allow us to take more opportunities to share what we are learning and our perspective on key child welfare issues.
Here’s a snapshot of the new resources and information you’ll find:
- Data At-A-Glance: We’ve incorporated a new data feature that includes concise facts. Now, if you’re short on time and unable to navigate the entire Data Portal, you can access some of the top FAQs using our latest data on hand. Data At-A-Glance will be updated on a quarterly basis.
- POC Initiatives Overview: Now you can review background information on various POC initiatives and projects – like Strive and Oliver – all in one place.
- Improved Search Function: With the new site, you can easily search and quickly find the information you need – by topic, content type and more.
- Mobile-Friendly: There’s often a need to access data and resources on the road, which is why we’re excited that this new website is more mobile- and tablet-friendly.
We know that it takes all of us to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families in Washington State. Along with learning from partners, we do this by sharing relevant research findings and data with the community to encourage informed decision-making around child welfare practice and policy. We hope that our new website will help us do just that.
Please take a tour of our new site and be sure to tell us what you think!
