HCR 29: Supporting the goals and ideals of GLSEN's 2021 Day of Silence in bringing attention to anti-lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) name-calling, bullying, and harassment faced by individuals in schools.

This resolution would express that the House of Representatives supports to ideals of GLSEN's National Day of Silence and would encourage each state, city, and local educational agency to adopt laws prohibiting name-calling, bullying, harassment, and discrimination against students, teachers, or other school staff regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
