House: Funding is provided for youth who qualify for Extended Foster Care due to being employed for 80 hours or more per month, as authorized under Chapter 122, Laws of 2014 (EHB 2335).

Senate: Chapter 122, Laws of 2014 requires the Department to expand extended foster care to youth who have an open dependency case at age 18-21 and who are employed for 80 hours or more per month, within amounts appropriated specifically for this purpose.
