H Res 226: Recognizing that the United States has a moral obligation to meet its foundational promise of guaranteed justice for all.

This bill would recognize that the United States has an incarceration crisis that has destabilized millions of Americans, caused intergenerational harm and trauma to families, decimated entire communities, and disproportionately impacted communities of color, particularly Black communities, and express the sense that the United States has a moral obligation to meet its foundational promise of guaranteed justice for all.
