HB1065 requires that no law, rule, or order, by any government or private entity require the receipt of any epidemic or pandemic vaccines, including vaccines used to prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19.
No receipt of vaccines should be required for a person or their dependents for any reason, including but not limited to a condition of employment, school attendance, professional licensure, educational certification or degree, admittance to any place of business or entertainment, or access to any mode of transportation. Such requirements will take effect immediately.
HB1065 requirements will stand until epidemic or pandemic vaccines, including those used to prevent COVID-19, and are licensed by the United States FDA and after comprehensive evaluation for safety through clinical trials.
