This bill adds crimes related to trafficking/commercial sexual abuse of a minor to the various statutes of limitations. The bill would also change from ‘pays a fee or agrees to pay a fee’ to ‘provides or agrees to provide anything of value’ the standard by which a person would be found guilty.
