Adds new section to chapter 28A.415 RCW that the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) will identify or develop online training modules to support teachers affected by secondary traumatic stress.
The bill then outlines content for the modules. Further, OSPI must make available the modules on their website and may include these modules as professional learning topics beginning in 2020.
