HB 1305: Relating to authorizing, funding, and encouraging the establishment of therapeutic courts

HB 1305 is the companion to SB 5107 authorizing and encouraging every trial and juvenile court in the state to establish therapeutic courts to allow defendants and respondents the opportunity to receive treatment services to address issues that may have contributed to their arrest or involvement in the child welfare system.
