Establishes the need for evaluating the outcomes of resource and assessment centers contracted by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families and the entity to do the work: Washington state Institute for Public Policy (WSIPP).
Outlines the data that WSIPP shall collect related to children in out-of-home care.
WISPP will provide a report to the DCTY, the oversight board and the governor by December 1, 2019.
