HB 1719: Updating certain department of early learning advising and contracting mechanisms to reflect federal requirements, legislative mandates, and planned system improvements

This bill updates certain advising and contracting mechanisms of the department of early learning to reflect federal requirements, legislative mandates, and planned system improvements. It makes changes to the make up of the Early Learning Advisory Council, and clearly articulates the goal of serving “prenatal through age 5” population.
