HB 1791: Authorizing the department of social and health services to assess and offer services to child sex trafficking victims

HB 1791 would amend current statute on child welfare services to allow the department of social and health services to assess and offer services to children it identifies as victims of sex trafficking and victims of severe forms of trafficking in persons.
