HB 1814: Concerning notification requirements for the department of social and health services

HB 1814 broadens the notification requirements for the department of social and health services to state that the founded finding notification required shall be made by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the person’s last known address and the unfounded finding notification must be made by regular mail to the person’s last known address or by email.
