HB 1869: Relating to training school employees in the prevention of sexual abuse

Sponsored by Representative Liias, HB 1869 states that all school employees will be trained in the prevention of sexual abuse, commercial sexual abuse of a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor. Education materials will be updated to include how to prevent children from being recruited into sex trafficking and made available to parents and other community members.
