Effective October 1, 2018, the department shall pass through child support that does not exceed $100 per month collected on behalf of a family.
Or, in the case of a family that includes two or more children, an amount that is not more than $200 per month.
This is a change from a $50 pass-through payment.
As amended by Judiciary, the effective date is changed to February 1, 2019
