The sale of flavored vapor products will be banned and additional regulatory protections will be added in order to protect the health of youth and young adults. Several related definitions are added and further restrictions are added around the vapor products and their manufacturers.
Manufacturers must obtain a license and abide by the outlined requirements to maintain it. The board shall adopt rules around the inspection for locations where vapor products are manufactured, transported, and handled.
