HB 2513: Relating to encouraging courts to require that children subject to truancy petitions complete and submit assignments

HB 2513 states that, in conjunction with a truancy petition order to attend school, the court would be encouraged to order the child to complete and submit all required assignments in all of his or her classes and submit on a monthly basis, satisfactory proof that there has been compliance with the requirement to submit all assignments and that the child is showing positive progress toward passing each class at the end of the term.
