HB 2690: Providing students with equitable access to a high-quality public education by developing an infrastructure that assists public schools in the delivery of integrated student supports

The staff within the Center for the Improvement of Student Learning (within the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction) must create a plan for the development of a statewide multi-tiered system of supports infrastructure that assists public schools in developing local integrated student supports that provide all students with equitable access to a high-quality public education. Minimum elements of this plan are outlined. The preliminary plan is due November 2020, and is to be finalized by November 2021.
