HR 259: End Diaper Need Act of 2021

This bill will allow Medicaid to cover at least 200 medically necessary diapers a month for children with complex medical challenges. The bill will create a demonstration problem for distributing diapers in states, communities and nonprofits. The bill will assist low-income families who cannot afford diapers, in addition to helping them utilize childcare centers, which often require families to provide their own diapers for children.
