HR 366: Protecting Access to Post-COVID-19 Telehealth Act

This bill will ensure the expanded use of teleheath after the COVID-19 public health emergency. The bill will eliminate restrictions on telehealth use in Medicare. The bill will require a study on the use of telehealth practices during the pandemic.
