This bill will temporarily suspend the requirement that at least 50% of a state’s reimbursement for prevention and family services and programs be for programs and services that meet the well-supported practice requirement, reserve $15,000,000 for Indian tribes and tribal organizations; and provide funding certainty for states with expiring demonstration projects.
