HR 8708: To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to promote family unity, and for other purposes

This bill is designed to preserve and promote family unity by amending the Immigration and Nationality Act. It will protect rights and interests of U.S. citizens in the immigration sstem and provide the Attorney General and Department of Homeland Security Secrurity discretion to allow certain individuals to be reunited in the U.S.
