S 448: Ensuring Kids Have Access to Medically Necessary Dental Care Act

This bill will eliminate limits on both annual and lifetime coverage provided under the federal Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The bill also requires that CHIP provide wraparound dental coverage.
