S 597: End Racial and Religious Profiling Act of 2021 (ERRPA)

This bill will ban discriminatory profiling by federal, state, and local law enforcement. The bill will help promote best practices and strengthen the right to equal protection under the law. This bill is included as a part of the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
