SB 5064: Relating to providing that a quarterly revenue forecast is due on February 20th during both a long and short legislative session year

SB 5064 removes the requirement that a quarterly revenue forecast is due February 20th in the even-numbered years, March 20th in the odd-numbered years, and changes the due date to February 20th during both long and short legislative session years.

This act would take effect immediately.
