SB 5235: Relating to the purchase of care for Indian children who are in the custody of a federally recognized Indian tribe or tribally licensed child-placing agency

 SB 5235 is the companion to  HB 1361. This bill states that the purchase of care for Indian children in the custody of a federally recognized Indian tribe or tribally licensed child-placing agency is exempt from the requirements of chapter 74.13B (Network Administrators) and may be purchased from the federally recognized Indian tribe or tribally licensed child-placing agency.
