SB5325 adds audio-only telemedicine through health plans offered to employees, school employees, and their covered dependents and reimburses providers for health care delivery based on certain outlined criteria.
The bill also adds new sections to enacted RCW to provide reimbursement criteria for audio-only telemedicine, establishes rules for audio-only telemedicine and reimbursement for behavioral health, Medicaid managed care and Medicaid fee-for-service.
