SB 5382: Authorizing the issuance of identicards at a reduced cost to applicants who are under the age of eighteen and without a permanent residence address

SB 5382 would require the department of licensing to reduce the cost of an identicard if the applicant is under the age of eighteen and does not have a permanent residence address as determined by the department by rule. Additionally this bill would change the time for issuance, renewal, and extension to six years.
