SB 5405: Instructing the joint legislative audit and review committee to perform racial equity analyses

SB5405 requires the joint committee to incorporate a racial equity analysis into performance audits, sunset reviews, and other audits or reports conducted by the joint committee, unless the joint committee deems this analysis unnecessary. The joint committee may work with the office of equity and the ethnic commissions to design the racial equity analysis required under this section.
