SB 5706: Creating the community reinvestment account and community reinvestment program

Companion bill to HB 1827. SSB 5706 establishes the community reinvestment account to promote economic development, legal assistance, community-based violence intervention and prevention services, and reentry services. Additionally, funds from the community reinvestment account would establish a cannabis equity grant program.
