SB 5838: Providing a monthly diaper subsidy for parents or other caregivers receiving temporary assistance for needy families

Companion bill to HB 1947. SSB 5838 directs the Department of Social and Health Services to provide an additional monthly payment to families with children under three who are eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families to assist with child-related necessities, such as diapers.
