SB 5841: Modifying certain vaccine provisions

SB 5841 amends RCW 28A.210.090 to remove a subsection that permitted a child to be exempt in whole or in part from immunization measures required by RCW 28A.210.060 due to a parent or legal guardian’s objection due to a “philosophical or personal objection to the immunization of the child.”
