Includes language, effective December 1, 2018, that indicates the department shall not require an applicant or consumer participating in a higher education program to work as a condition of receiving Working Connections Child Care Program benefits.
The department shall allow applicants and consumers participating in a higher education program to pursue a degree from a public/private technical college or school, a public/private four-year college or university, a community college, or a tribal college.
