SB 6157: Relating to protecting youth from tobacco products and vapor products by increasing the minimum legal age of sale of tobacco and vapor products

SB 6157 would limit youth access to addictive products by amending current statute to raise the minimum legal age of tobacco from 18 to 21 and expand these prohibitions to include vapor products.

The bill would provide a more clear definition of a vapor product while continuing to exempt products approved by the FDA for purposes of smoking cessation and other approved purposes.
