Cities shall be authorized and encouraged to notify DCYF of conditions at family day-care provider facilities that could cause harm to a child’s health, welfare, or safety.
Specifically, notification are encouraged about lack of compliance with building, fire, safety, health codes, and business licensing requirements when these could cause harm to children.
