SB 6586: Relating to requiring the Department of Social and Health Services to collect and publicly report information on the safe surrender of newborn children

SB 6586 would amend current statute to indicate the Department of Social and Health Services shall collect and compile information concerning the number and medical condition of transferred newborns. The department is required to report its findings annually beginning July 31, 2016.
