SHB 1821 changes the definition of “established relationship” for purposes of reimbursement for audio-only telemedicine.
Amendment:
1821-S: Adds providers employed by integrated delivery systems operated by licensed health carriers to the list of providers with whom a patient may have a previous appointment in order to demonstrate an established relationship for purposes of audio-only telemedicine reimbursement.
