SHB 1827: Creating the community reinvestment account and community reinvestment program

SHB 1827 establishes the community reinvestment account to promote economic development, legal assistance, community-based violence intervention and prevention services, and reentry services. Requires the Department of Commerce to develop a Community Reinvestment Plan to distribute Account funds.
