SJR 8209: Requiring legislative action that raises taxes be approved by at least a two-thirds vote of both the senate and house of representatives

Senate Joint Resolution 8209 would instruct the secretary of state of Washington State to submit a ballot measure in the next general election that would mandate approval by a two-thirds majority of the House of Representatives and the Senate in order to raise taxes.
