Senate: Funding is provide for the Washington State Institute for Public Policy to do programmatic review and evaluations of up to five programs that aim to prevent youth marijuana use and other substance use related outcomes, including the use of vaping devices, and are administered through the Division of Behavioral Health And Recovery in the Department of Social and Health Services in an effort to establish the programs as evidence based.
