Homeless Assistance Funding

Governor: All General Fund-State grants to prevent homelessness and secure permanent housing for households that are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless is shifted to the Affordable Housing for All Account.
House: General Fund-State funds for homeless assistance programs are shifted to the Affordable Housing for All Account, which is funded with document recording surcharge fees for homeless programs.
