House: Pursuant to Second Substitute House Bill 1281 (sexual exploitation of a minor), funding is provided for child advocacy centers and the Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Task Force). The Task Force is made up of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies working to identify, arrest, and convict individuals who victimize children by way of the Internet.
