LEAN Reduction

Senate: This reduction in expenditure authority for the administration and supporting services program of thedepartment shall be achieved through expenditure reductions in other programs and divisions of the department as a result of lean management strategies and other administrative efficiencies that do not result from caseload or service delivery reductions.
