Outdoor Education and Recreation

Senate: Added funding for the Outdoor Education and Recreation Grant Program in Senate Ways and Means. This program, also known as “No Child Left Inside”, provides grants for public agencies, private nonprofit organizations, after-school programs, and community-based programs that offer outdoor education opportunities to schools that are fully aligned with the state’s essential academic learning requirements.
