Governor: A contract for network administrators will be implemented as required by Chapter 205, Laws of 2012. A network administrator will manage contracts in Spokane County, build a robust network of contracted providers, collect and analyze performance data, and provide one point of contact for parents and children to obtain court-ordered services.
House/Senate: Chapter 205, Laws of 2012 (E2SHB 2264) requires the CA to enter into performance-based contracts (PBCs) for family support and related services. One-time funding is provided for start-up costs associated with implementing PBCs in Spokane County.
