Reach Out and Read

Senate: Funding is provided for DEL to increase the Reach Out and Read contract to $250,000 in fiscal year 2015. Reach Out and Read provides services that promote early literacy by giving new books to children during pediatric doctor visits and advising parents about the importance of reading.
