Reducing Toxics in Early Life

Governor/Senate: Funding is provided to develop and launch proactive efforts to prevent toxic chemical exposure during pregnancy and early life. DOH will identify priorities for exposure reduction, develop effective methods to reduce toxic threats, and direct policy and educational campaigns. Biomonitoring studies will be conducted to assess actual exposure levels and to evaluate reduction activities.
