S 1792 amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide grants for states so they can improve higher education opportunities for homeless and foster youth.

Under S 1792, funding is available for programs that recruit foster and homeless youth to pursue higher education and provide supportive services for enrolled students to maximize positive outcomes.
