This bill will increase the amount of tax-free dollars working families and employers can set aside to use toward child and dependent care expenses. Currently, the cap for employer-sponsored dependent care assistance plans is set at $5,000 per family, per year. While this cap has been temporarily increased to $10,500 for 2021, this bill will increase the limit to $10,500 permanently.
