KIM JUSTICE

Director of Public Policy

Kim Justice (she/her) serves as the director of public policy for Partners for Our Children (P4C) within the School of Social Work. In this role, Kim leads efforts to influence public policy related to child welfare, behavioral health, and related social issues in Washington State.

Kim has over 20 years of experience in change-making through public policy development, legislative advocacy, executive leadership, and community organizing. Prior to joining P4C, Kim served as the inaugural executive director of the Office of Homeless Youth Prevention and Protection at the Department of Commerce. She has also worked as a senior budget analyst with the Washington State Budget & Policy Center, a policy advisor for the Washington State House of Representatives, and as a community organizer and lobbyist for the Statewide Poverty Action Network.
