Governor: State dollars are reduced as a result of earning additional adoption incentive funding for completed adoptions. These funds will be used on a one-time basis to support the foster care program in lieu of using state general funds.
Senate: Federal Adoption Incentive Grant dollars will be used on a one-time basis to support the foster care program instead of General Fund State funds.
House/Final: The CA received a federal Adoption Incentive Grant for adoptions completed in federal FY13. These federal grant monies will be used on a one-time basis to support state foster care expenditures.
